write your chosen word 3 times below — slowly, with steady breaths. after writing, close your eyes. keep breathing steadily, and go to the center of your head. this space is behind your eyeballs, under the crown chakra. i like to imagine a type of room there. you can decorate this room however you like, to whatever your taste and preferences are, but make sure you feel safe there. invite anyone else there to leave (sometimes we have other people’s energy in our heads, trying to distract us). keep breathing 🙂. now, invite a younger part of yourself to come forward. this part of you especially resonates with your current journey. if possible, greet them with warmth and compassion. ask them what they need from you right now, if anything. receive whatever comes into your head, that’s their response. if what they want isn’t possible, i try to compromise by offering something i CAN do. and then honor that commitment, to myself and the younger part of me. 💛 even the smallest acts build trust and resilience.
